the company was accommodating for an urgent order, and confirmed with me multiple times over 12 hours (asking questions even after 12midnight) to make sure my company logo is as per requirements. i am glad to engage them again, but they need to listen to instructions better as well, because sometimes i need to repeat myself 3 times before they understand. Printing was also done in China and shipped via dhl priority since i paid for it. did not know that it wasn’t locally made. nevertheless, in spite of mistakes here and there my products came out in good, consistent quality.
