have been employing RafflesTag for several jobs and they've been very responsive (even at night), delivering on time and with good quality too. recently, they were able to quickly produce 500 soft enamel collar pins in just 11 calendar days (rush job). When a possible delay arose, they were quick to inform and worked out an alternative delivery option to meet my deadline. really appreciative for their assistance.

the company was accommodating for an urgent order, and confirmed with me multiple times over 12 hours (asking questions even after 12midnight) to make sure my company logo is as per requirements. i am glad to engage them again, but they need to listen to instructions better as well, because sometimes i need to repeat myself 3 times before they understand. Printing was also done in China and shipped via dhl priority since i paid for it. did not know that it wasn’t locally made. nevertheless, in spite of mistakes here and there my products came out in good, consistent quality.
